Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of allmymeetings ("Service") operated by Wolfgang Solutions, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
You agree not to use the Service, or assist or enable others to use the Service, in any manner that violates this AUP.
1. Prohibited Uses
1.1 Abuse of Calendar APIs
You may not:
- Use the Service to make excessive, automated, or abusive API calls to Google, Microsoft, Apple, or any other calendar provider beyond what is necessary for normal synchronization.
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or usage restrictions imposed by third-party calendar providers.
- Use the Service as a proxy or intermediary to access calendar APIs for purposes unrelated to the Service's intended functionality.
1.2 Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You may not:
- Use scheduling pages to send unsolicited invitations, marketing materials, or spam to individuals who have not requested them.
- Create scheduling pages that are misleading about your identity or the purpose of the meeting.
- Use the AI scheduling assistant to generate or distribute spam, phishing, or deceptive messages.
- Harvest email addresses or other personal information from scheduling page submissions for purposes unrelated to the booked meeting.
1.3 Illegal and Harmful Content
You may not use the Service to:
- Engage in or facilitate any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
- Store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Facilitate fraud, impersonation, or identity theft.
- Organize or promote meetings for illegal purposes.
1.4 Unauthorized Access and Security Violations
You may not:
- Access or attempt to access another user's account, data, or calendar accounts without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system or network.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or availability of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Introduce viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or any other harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its servers, databases, or connected networks.
1.5 Reverse Engineering and Scraping
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Use automated tools, scripts, bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from the Service beyond what is available through the Service's intended functionality.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or markings on the Service.
1.6 Violation of Third-Party Terms
You may not use the Service in a manner that violates the terms of service, acceptable use policies, or usage guidelines of any third-party platform connected to the Service, including but not limited to:
- Google Workspace / Google Calendar API Terms
- Microsoft Graph API Terms
- Apple iCloud Terms
- Stripe Services Agreement
1.7 Excessive Resource Consumption
You may not use the Service in a manner that consumes a disproportionate share of infrastructure resources, including creating an unreasonable number of sync pairs, scheduling pages, or AI conversations that exceeds the limits of your subscription plan or that degrades the Service for other users.
2. Enforcement
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to investigate and take action against any violation of this AUP. Actions we may take include:
- Issuing a warning
- Temporarily suspending access to the Service or specific features
- Permanently terminating your account
- Removing content or disabling sync pairs, scheduling pages, or AI conversations that violate this AUP
- Reporting violations to law enforcement authorities
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
3. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to us at [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, the user or account involved, and any supporting evidence.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email at least 30 days before taking effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last revised.
