About allmymeetings

allmymeetings keeps your Google, Outlook, and iCloud calendars in sync, so time booked in one calendar shows as busy in all the others.

Why it exists

Most people now juggle at least two calendars: one their employer chose and one they chose. Neither knows about the other, so a dentist appointment in iCloud doesn't stop a coworker booking a meeting in Outlook. allmymeetings copies events between the calendars you pick, with full details or just a "Busy" block, and it includes booking pages that check all of them.

It also has a built-in MCP server, so AI assistants such as Claude can connect calendars and manage sync for you. That's optional. Everything works the same from the web app.

Who builds it

allmymeetings is built and run by Conrad Southworth through Wolfgang Solutions, LLC, a small software company in the United States. Work on it started in February 2026, and it launched publicly in April 2026.

Every change to the service is listed in the changelog.

How we handle your data

A calendar sync service needs permission to read and change your calendars, which is a lot of trust to ask for. The security & data page explains what access we have, what we store, and how to remove access, and the privacy policy covers the legal details.
