Changelog
Changes you'll notice in allmymeetings, newest first.
- Synced copies now carry a hidden tag naming the event they came from, so a copy is never copied again, even if it reaches another calendar some other way. This stops the "Meeting | Work | Personal" loops some sync setups produced.
- A copy you delete on its calendar now stays deleted. "Re-sync all" on the sync page brings deleted copies back.
- Event details in the calendar view now show where an event came from: which calendar and which sync created it, and a short history of what happened to it. Synced copies are marked in the month and agenda views.
- The sync page says why a paused sync is paused: paused by you, no permission to add events, or not included in your plan.
- Disconnecting an account now removes the copies it made on your other calendars before the account is deleted.
- Scheduling pages now offer times in the page's own time zone, send the promised calendar invitation for Google bookings, and stop two visitors booking the same slot.
- API tokens for AI agents can now be read-only or read-and-write, and expire after 30, 90, or 365 days.
- Sign-in with Google or Microsoft no longer attaches to an existing account whose email hasn't been verified.
- Fixed empty duplicate meetings that could appear on Outlook when a Google-organized meeting was updated.
- Connecting Google now checks that you granted calendar access, and explains how to fix it if you didn't.
- Syncs stop retrying calendars on disconnected accounts and events far outside the sync window.
- Sign in with Apple and passkeys.
- Calendar accounts show a sync health status, and you get an email if an account keeps failing to sync and again when it recovers.
- Security hardening: stricter checks that keep every account's calendars separate, safer handling of iCloud and feed URLs, and bot protection on public booking pages.
- Fixed Outlook recurring meetings occasionally being copied back as new events.
- A sync that loses permission to add events to its destination now pauses and emails you, instead of failing silently.
- Fixed time zone handling for events created in Outlook with Windows time zone names.
- In-app support contact form.
- Stronger protection against duplicate copies when two syncs run at once.
- Public launch.
- Discovery files for AI assistants: llms.txt, an MCP server card, and an OpenAPI description of the API.
- MCP server: connect Claude and other AI agents to manage calendars and syncs.
- Teams with shared, admin-managed syncs.
- "Show as free" option, so synced copies don't block your availability.
- First version: sync between Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud with Full Details, Free/Busy, and Private modes, plus scheduling pages.
